The website https://www.creasant.com (the “Site”) is operated by Creasant Digital Limited (“creasant.com”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a private limited company registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”). The Site provides information on the Information Technology services and solutions we provide. All visitors and browsers who access or interact with the Site are considered users of the Site (“Users”). This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) forms part of our Terms of Use. It applies to all Users and intends to help you understand what personal data we collect through during visits, how we use and share that data, and your choices concerning our data practices. Our retention periods are based on business needs and your information that is no longer needed is either irreversibly anonymised (and the anonymised information will be retained) or securely destroyed.

Upon request, we will, subject to an administrative fee payable, inform you without delay in writing as defined by the applicable law what personal data is stored by us.
